Great quality! The casters have been returned only because they were the wrong size for my chair. Ordering was easy, requesting the return was a simple phone call which sent the driver to pick up the original package (I'm 6 miles out in the country). Outstanding service; I will definitely order again when I find out how to determine the correct casters for my chair.

I was very surprised at how fast I received them and how easy it was to assemble and install. I see no problems with them, they are working as they should and roll easily around on my carpet. I am 6'9" tall and weigh 350 pounds so I know a quality set of casters when I get them, I have managed to destroy a bunch of them.

These casters work well as a replacement for a broken caster on my Realspace Soho? Harrington High-Back Bonded Leather Chair. Installation was straight forward, only requiring a flat head screw driver and a lot of elbow grease to install.
